New Clients
If you are new to Pilates, please contact us at 216-221-9998, so that we may find out more about you and your personal Pilates goals. We typically meet with each new client for at least one private session or for the two Initial Sessions. This helps us to familiarize ourselves with any needed modifications for your body. From here, we’ll together decide the best path for moving forward, either by joining group classes or by continuing with private sessions.

Pilates is a mind-body exercise that provides daily conditioning, promotes whole body health and develops mental awareness to optimize your personal performance. Created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a practice that can assist people in finding optimal muscle balance and control, spinal alignment and mobility, ideal breathing patterns, intelligent movement, and proper body mechanics. Joe Pilates said “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness. Our interpretation of physical fitness is the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily, and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure.” At White Cloud Pilates West, Pilates is designed to help you reach your goals and equip you with the proper tools for completing life’s activities in their most functional patterns.
